Meet at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, depart for London Gatwick Airport at 15.40 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ882. After our arrival at 17.55 local time, a panoramic London city tour starts with our private car waiting for us.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure to Izmir at 19.05 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ883.
Arrival in Izmir at 01.00 local time and end of our tour.
Note: Child category is 7-12 years old. The tour circular is valid on 06.04.2025. The tour circular to be published on a later date for the same tour overrides the previous one. Mandatory additional services are included in the price.
Intermediation and Liability:
Right Holidays acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times are subject to change. All flight information must be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure date.
Flight Operations:
Check-in and boarding procedures are the responsibility of the passenger. Delay, gate change, etc. situations should be followed via airport screens and announcement system.
Tour Participation:
Right Holidays does not accept responsibility for passengers who are not ready at the airport until the tour start time or who miss the flight. Round-trip tickets and transfer costs belong to the passenger.
Programme Changes:
City tours and meal programmes may be changed due to compulsory reasons. Panoramic city tours are introductory tours of approximately 2-3 hours.
Extra Tours:
Extra tours included in the programme may be cancelled in case of insufficient participation. Tours on the road are valid for the whole group and guests who do not participate are deemed to have accepted to wait in the rest areas.
Personal Belongings:
Right Holidays is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the journey. Related costs belong to the traveller.
Hotel and Accommodation:
Hotel names are subject to change. Rooms for 3 persons may have a rollaway bed. Child prices are valid for children staying with 2 adults.
Insurance and Health:
Travel insurance is compulsory. Continuous medication users and pregnant travellers should have their health reports with them.
Other Notes:
Tours can be combined with other agencies. Hotels may be far away from the city centre during peak times such as fairs and events. For children under 18 years of age, a letter of consent is required.
Passport Validity Period:
Passports must not be older than 10 years and must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the trip end date.
Right of Cancellation:
There is an unconditional right of cancellation up to 30 days before the tour departure date.
Insufficient Participation:
Right Holidays has the right to cancel the tour 20 days before the departure date in case of insufficient number of participants.
